A Reflective Self-Assessment

What Is Your Body
Still Carrying?

The nervous system does not forget. Long after the mind has moved on — or told itself it has — the body continues to hold the imprint of what we have been through. Tension, numbness, chronic activation, and disconnection are not personality traits. They are stored experiences.

This scorecard invites you to explore your relationship with your own body and nervous system — with curiosity rather than judgement.

Take your time with each grade: when you select a score, a short description will appear beneath the buttons. We recommend reading it before moving on — it offers a little context for what that grade reflects, and may help you feel confident that your answer truly fits your experience.

Before selecting your grade: take a moment to read all six descriptions — then choose the one that fits your experience most honestly.

A gentle note: some of these questions ask you to turn towards physical sensations and body experiences that may feel unfamiliar or uncomfortable. Go gently. You can always pause.

This assessment is for reflection purposes only. It is not a clinical diagnosis.
