Get support now

If things feel too much right now,
you do not have to hold it alone.

We are coaches, not a crisis service, and we cannot respond quickly enough to keep you safe in an emergency. The people below can. They are free, confidential and used to hearing exactly what you might be feeling.

In an emergency

If you are in danger right now

If your life or someone else's is at risk, or you do not feel you can keep yourself safe, call 999 or go to your nearest A&E.

About us

What we can and
cannot do.

We are coaches. We help people understand patterns, feel less alone with them and build new ways of living. We are not therapists, doctors or a crisis line, and we do not diagnose.

If you are struggling with your mental health, your GP is a good place to start, and in England you can also refer yourself to NHS Talking Therapies.

We read every message, but not around the clock. Please do not use our contact form or email if you need help urgently.

When you are ready

When things are steadier,
we are here.

If you would like to talk about what is going on for you, you can book a free call with us whenever you are ready. There is no rush.

Book a free call.

A relaxed, no-pressure conversation about what brought you here and whether working together feels right.

Helpline numbers and opening hours checked on each service's own website on 26 October 2026.
